When you place an order to make a purchase from us, we will send you an email acknowledging receipt of your order. We will keep you informed all the way through the process.

Your order at this point in time represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is then accepted by us when we send you an 'Order Confirmation' email.

Within one working day of receipt of your order we will contact you either by telephone or email to advise and discuss delivery of your order. We aim to despatch unmounted prints usually within 5 working days of confirming your order. Framed prints are made to order and therefore will be despatched within 28 days of your order being confirmed. You will be kept advised of the process of your purchase but you may contact us at any time for a status update by calling us on 07837087036 or by emailing us at info@sidneypaulandco.com

Wallpaper Orders
Wallpapers are produced for us by our manufacturer in the UK. Due to the nature of print to order, we aim to complete your order within 28 days of conformation. When a special commission for wallpaper has been requested a time schedule shall be agreed upon by the client and Sidney Paul & Co.
